Mumbai. The team of ASSF (Acid Survivors Sahas Foundation) on Sunday also distributed ration to many poor families including families of women victims of acid attacks in Hanuman Nagar, Nalasopara West and Alkapuri Nalasopara East.
The Breakfast Revolution along with Sahas Foundation also actively participated in this collaboration. On the occasion of distribution of ration, apart from Nalasopara, the needy from Virar, Vasai and Naigaon got ration kits by reaching the appropriate time.
On the same occasion, Daulat B Khan, founder and president of Acid Survivors Sahas Foundation, said that due to the lockdown in the Corona epidemic, normal life was affected. People are facing financial problems. In this, the condition of acid attack survivors has also become pathetic. Since our organization works for their welfare, therefore our volunteers are trying their best to help people from all walks of life. Most of the poor families live in Nalasopara who go to Mumbai for work but common people have not got permission to travel in the local train. That is why our Mumbai team led by Nalasopara activists Reshma Sheikh, Daulat B Khan, Saira Sheikh Akhil Shetty Shilpa and Sanjeev made arrangements for distribution of ration to the people. Along with this, this organization also distributes sanitizers and masks to everyone from time to time.
Ration distribution was planned by our colleague Krishna and ASSF Vice President Akhil Shetty also stood by us step by step. The director of this event, Mr. Krishna (KK) had a big contribution.
