Fans make Vidyut Jammwal's birthday special by raising funds for a cause

Rarely do action icons in India possess the unique fan following that Vidyut Jammwal commands. On the occasion of the star's birthday, Jammwalions across many countries have gathered in support of Project Cat, an initiative by Discovery that he had recently endorsed.

Project Cat is a global effort to double the number of tigers in the wild by 2022. It aims to ensure a healthy habitat for future generations of tigers by helping conserve nearly six million acres of protected land across four countries and protecting endangered species.

One of the top ten martial artists of the world, Jammwal witnessed an inspiring birthday with his fans volunteering for Project Cat. The volunteers brought in the celebrations of his special day by raising funds for the cause and promoting it with video bytes. One such fan, Rushali Prasad from Oman  says, “We the Jammwalion family believe that we can come together not just as fandom but also for a cause, which is why this year on the occasion of the birthday of our favourite human and actor Vidyut Jammwal, we have decided to contribute to the Project Cat initiative.”
