KIDNAPPING AND ASSAULT ON SENIOR CITIZEN FOR EXRORTION. 22 DAYS OVER AND STILL NO ARREST .

In broad daylight on 19th august in a shocking incident, parth kothari who  must be in his 30's who  stays in ghatkopar allegedly kidnapped an honest  businessman called Dilip Maru who is my father from New bombay APMC market.

He is  a senior citizen aged 61 years old with bypass history .

As per Dilip Maru’s testimony/statement before the Police, Parth kothari along with three other absconding co-accused/accomplice were armed with guns started hitting him in the car mercilessly on his vital organs putting him under an immediate threat and likelihood of death. 

They hit him very aggressively on his head, chest ( bypass patient ) and also his left eye which could have been permanently damaged, he’s currently receiving treatment for the same 

There are all the medical proofs of the same . 

Kidnapping, extortion and assault on a senior citizen in these corona times can be life threatening. 

All these goons then started extorting and demanded money and continued the assault till their demands were met.

Then dilip maru tricked them to take him to  ghatkopar ( by saying that he will offer them money because they kept insisting for the same ) to escape the assault and fear of being killed . ghatkopar, allegedly parth kothari's political stronghold, and there another friend of parth kothari called gaurang mehta  joined in and started abusing, yelling and torturing the senior citizen , my father and demanding money. 

Then there was another alleged businessman who parth called in Bangalore called asif thara and asif  started threatening dilip maru and his family with dire consequences. 

Asif thara and parth kothari kept threatening dilip maru that they will kill him and his family . 

It seems there are other powerful people backing parth kothari.

Fir is also filed before the APMC Police Station.

Parth is on the run now evading his arrest and seeking help from politicians and has switched off his mobile. He is absconding since 19th august. 

It was a nightmare for the senior citizen from 4 pm till 10 pm on 19th august almost, he was with the dangerous criminals and parth who had guns and they hit him with guns.

After 10 pm till  morning 9 am he did not eat anything and was awake doing all the police formalities.

He went to rajawadi hospital for medical check up again where he got exposed to corona . 

 Luckily dilip maru family got a tip from a well-wisher and  reached in time and then the criminals, goons , parth kothari and gaurang mehta fled away .

This is a picture of parth kothari who is hiding somewhere and evading arrest as it may reveal some big political names and other conspirators behind the veil, so if anyone spots this accused parth kothari then please inform the police as he’s charged u/s 364A, 326 etc of the IPC which is punishable with imprisonment for life and so also under the relevant provision of The Arms Act. 

Hope this goondagiri, kidnapping and extortion of senior citizens ends soon in our country with the strict arm of the Police and the Judiciary and this incident sets a strict precedent for future youngsters resorting to such criminal tactics.
